I am required to be home while my carpet is being cleaned?
It is not necessary that you be home while your carpet is cleaned because we are thoroughly trained professionals whom you can trust. in order to provide the best possible service, we recommend that someone be home before we begin cleaning to discuss any specific areas of concern regarding the care and cleaning of your carpet.
Should I vacuum before the carpet cleaner arrives?
Yes it’s recommended. Vacuuming is essential to the longevity of your carpet, you should vacuum your carpet as often as possible.
How long will it take to clean my carpet?
Will the cleaning agents used harm my children or pets?
No, our cleaning solution is similar to a laundry detergent. As a general rule though, keep your children and pets from lying or playing on wet carpet.
Are the products you use safe?
Yes, our products are: nontoxic, safe for pets and children, biodegradable, phosphate free, and Eco-friendly.
How long will it take for my carpet or furniture to dry?
Our drying times average range is between 2 – 8 hours, however drying time for carpet can vary between 2 and 24 hours depending on air flow in the room, humidity, weather, airflow and carpet type.
How long do I have to wait after cleaning to let my children or pets on the carpet?
Activity on the carpet should be limited while drying but it may be walked upon with clean feet, socks, or shoes while wet.
Do I need to move my furniture before your cleaning crew arrives?
Yes/No. It is not necessary to move all furniture before cleaning. Some pieces such as book cases, entertainment centers, dressers, beds, (etc.) that always reside in the same place really don’t need to be moved. Furniture that is moved around due occasionally rearranging a room can be moved, so that the carpet underneath can be cleaned. Our crews are professionally trained to assist in moving your furniture if needed. We do suggest you remove any breakable items from table tops, etc.
